ZAROMEL RANCH was officially established in 2025 amidst the rugged, scenic landscape of Agua Dulce. This land carries a rich equestrian heritage, formerly known as "Rancho San Cristobal." Since 2019, these grounds have served as a sanctuary for those looking to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with nature, sharing joy through organic food, dancing under the open sky, and gathering around the warmth of a wood fire.

The ranch was founded by Ron, a woodwork artist, chemist, and "old soul" whose travels to the four corners of the world shaped his global perspective. As a dedicated observer and adventurer, Ron sought to create a space where the spirit of adventure could thrive.This vision is anchored by the legacy of "Mama Zar." Her life left a profound impression on Ron, and her philosophy serves as our foundation. The Meaning of Zaromel
Our name is a poetic bridge between heritage and legacy, rooted in the Farsi language and Ron’s personal history:
Zar (زر): Meaning “Gold,” representing the breathtaking golden sunsets that paint our hills every evening.
Mel: Drawing from “Asal” (عسل) the Farsi word for honey and serving as a tribute to Melina, a deeply important figure in Ron’s life.
Together, ZAROMEL symbolizes a golden sanctuary built on sweetness, light, and enduring connection.
