Who We Are

Drive General Ranch Conduct

Respect the Land: As a creative sanctuary, we ask that you leave the property exactly as you found it to preserve its natural beauty for the next guest.

Quiet Hours: To honor the tranquility of the ranch and our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM, especially near the cabin areas.

Shared Spaces: Be mindful of others when using communal areas like the Outdoor Kitchen, WC/Shower blocks, and the Ranch Store.

What You'll Learn

Equestrian & Arena Safety

The Acre Arena is available for riding and training; please ensure all gates are secured during use.

Arena Use:

The facility is well-lit for night use, but please be cautious and mindful of footing after sunset hours.

Night Use:

A dry, hilly landscape with a riding arena enclosed by a fence, a small white building with a black roof, and a shed nearby. There are trees, houses, and mountains in the background under a clear sky.

Horses must be kept in the provided Stables or designated areas; turnout is permitted in the arena if pre-arranged.

Stabling:

We strongly recommend helmets and appropriate safety gear for all riders using the arena or round pen.

Safety Gear:

Dining area with a wooden table, six black chairs, and a black stove with pots, in a cozy kitchen with wood-paneled ceiling and dark flooring.

Fire & Cooking Safety

Designated Cooking: All outdoor cooking must be done in the Outdoor Kitchen using the provided grill or Traeger smoker.

Wood Fires: Enjoy the warmth of a wood fire only in designated fire pits, and never leave a flame unattended.

No Smoking: To protect our dry hills and wooden decks, smoking is strictly prohibited outside of designated areas.

Decks & Workshops

Outdoor scene with two large pine trees, a small wooden swing, and a modern white-and-black outdoor structure, with houses and parked cars in the background under a blue sky.

Deck Integrity: Our unique platforms, including the Flow Deck, Stage Deck, and Sunset Deck, are for movement, art, and relaxation. Please do not move heavy equipment onto these wooden structures without prior approval.

Airstream & Cabins: Please keep all food stored properly to avoid attracting local wildlife to the Airstream or Cabins.
